Cookie Policy

Updated October 28, 2026

BookkeepDIY sets one cookie, and only if you upvote a tool. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting, and we do not follow you across other websites.

Upvote cookie

When you upvote a tool, your browser stores a small cookie that remembers the vote, so the button stays marked and you don't vote twice by accident. It belongs to bookkeepdiy.com only and expires after a year. If you never upvote, you never get it.

Analytics without cookies

We use Plausible Analytics to see which pages people read. Plausible sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. It reports totals, such as page views, referring sites, country, and device type, and none of it can identify you or follow you from one day to the next.

Removing or blocking cookies

You can delete or block cookies for bookkeepdiy.com in your browser settings. The site works the same without them; the upvote button just won't remember an earlier vote.
