Our take
- Best for
- Accounting and advisory firms that want meeting prep, notes, and follow-up drafts tied to the client, then pushed into the practice tool.
- Not ideal if
- A firm that needs a published price before a sales call, or one that needs the close, the portal, and billing done inside the notetaker.
- Standout
- The flow runs from an agenda before the call to a follow-up draft after it, with the practice tool connected by an admin for the whole team.
About Abacor
Abacor is a meeting assistant for accounting and advisory firms. It can build an agenda before the call, join Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams, and record in person. Afterward you review a summary and a follow-up draft, then push updates to a connected tool such as Double, Karbon, Financial Cents, FYI, or Xero Practice Manager. You can also ask what was promised across past meetings.
Double (formerly Keeper) is where the firm closes QuickBooks Online or Xero. Canopy and TaxDome run jobs, documents, and billing. Abacor does not replace them and it does not keep a ledger. It holds the client conversation and can hand notes to the system you already run. ChatGPT and Claude can query that record through the MCP connector on the integrations page.
Firms stick when the follow-up is a draft in their own voice instead of a blank email, and when another person on the team can read the last conversation without having been on the call. You still review what goes to the client. Each person connects their own calendar. An admin can connect the practice tool once for the team.
Pricing
No public price, plan name, or free-trial length was on the homepage, integrations page, or llms.txt. The terms say fees are billed in advance through Stripe, subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel, and overage fees apply where stated. No dollar amount is printed. The footer says the product is made from NYC and lists a +1 984 phone number, which is not a New York area code, so the headquarters line is not settled. Budget a sales conversation, not a self-serve checkout.
Subscription
No plan names or prices are published. The terms say fees bill through Stripe, subscriptions auto-renew, and overage fees apply where stated. You request time on the homepage.

Month-end close stays in the ledger and in whatever practice tool you already use. Abacor can push meeting notes and action items there. It does not code transactions.
You can share notes, transcripts, and follow-up drafts. That is not a trial balance, a workpaper file, or a tax return.
Features
- Prep, capture, and draft the follow-up
- Before the meeting, Abacor can generate an agenda. During the call it transcribes, and you can pause it or jot a note. Afterward you review a summary and a follow-up email before you send it. The homepage also says you choose when the assistant is invited.
- Ask what the client already said
- Ask Abacor across the firm's meetings and client history: what was discussed, what was promised, and what to do next. The llms.txt page says answers are grounded in the firm's own conversations, and that an MCP server lets ChatGPT or Claude query meetings, contacts, and action items.
- Push notes into the practice tool
- The integrations page lists Double, Karbon, Financial Cents, FYI, Xero Practice Manager, Asana, ClickUp, and the CRMs HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce. Anchor, Filed, and Ignition are listed under workflow tools. Help docs say an admin connects the practice tool for the team, and each user connects their own calendar.
- Cover video calls and in-person meetings
- Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and phone tools (Dialpad, RingCentral, Quo) are on the integrations page. The llms.txt page says in-person recording is supported. No iOS or Android app link is published on the site pages reviewed.
- Keep a service list for revenue prompts
- A help article describes a service catalog Revenue Assistant uses to suggest services. You can type services in, or import them from Anchor or Ignition. Imported prices stay edited in Anchor or Ignition, not in Abacor. There is still no public subscription price for Abacor itself.

Pick something else instead of Abacor
Double
Pick Double instead if the work is the client close on QuickBooks Online or Xero, not the meeting note.
TaxDome
Pick TaxDome instead if you need the portal, pipeline, and billing more than a meeting assistant.
Canopy
Pick Canopy instead if tax workflow, documents, and invoices are the gap, and notes are a side tool.
