About MMC Receipt
MMC Receipt is a receipt and document capture app from the MMC Convert / MMC Books group (developer listing: Shanu Mehta / MMC CONVERT; support address Indore, India). It is not a ledger and not a corporate card program. You photograph paper, email documents in, or upload files from the web or phone. The service reads receipts, invoices/bills, and bank or credit-card statement PDFs with OCR and machine learning, and the vendor says a human team spot-checks extraction quality. Typical fields include supplier, date, totals, tax, invoice number, currency, and line items. After review (and optional multi-step approvals), Admin / Manager / Accountant roles can push coded documents into a connected accounting app, or export Excel/CSV.
It does not replace QuickBooks Online or Xero. Dext is the denser bookkeeper-grade capture peer. Expensify and Zoho Expense lean expense-suite. Shoeboxed and AutoEntry are closer same-job capture tools. OCR.space and Taggun are APIs for builders, not end-user inboxes.
People who stick with it usually want a low, flat company price for unlimited snaps and seats, and are willing to review extracted data before push.
