Parseur turns emails, PDFs, and scans into structured fields. You forward invoices or receipts to a mailbox (or upload them). Vision AI, Text AI, or a saved template pulls vendor, dates, totals, and line items. Output goes to Google Sheets, Excel, CSV, JSON, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, webhooks, or the REST API, including into QuickBooks.

Pricing is per page, not per seat. One page is one credit. Emails and spreadsheets count as one page; a three-page PDF costs three. Free includes 20 pages a month, all engines, unlimited mailboxes, and the API, with no credit card. Base goes up to 3,000 pages a month. Scale goes to 1 million pages, adds Python post-processing, and supports up to 100 users. Enterprise is a custom quote up to 10 million pages. Exact paid dollar amounts sit behind signup. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. Data is hosted in the EU; the company is founder-owned in Singapore.

Use Parseur when the problem is typing the same invoice fields every week. It does not categorize a bank feed or produce a P&L. Below roughly 50 documents a month, manual entry is often cheaper. If you need the books themselves automated, use a ledger and keep Parseur for the documents that never arrive as a clean bank line.
