About Receipt Vault
Receipt Vault is a receipt cabinet, not the ledger. You connect Gmail or Outlook so purchase emails get copied into the Vault, forward a slip by hand on Free, upload a PDF, or snap a paper receipt in the app. The extract pulls vendor, date, amount, category, and line items. You drop files into folders (a trip, a remodel, a tax year), then download a zip or a folder report for a CPA, a reimbursement, or a home-sale file. You still close in QuickBooks Online or Xero if that is where the books live.
It does not replace QuickBooks Online or Xero. Pages opened this pass do not name a native QuickBooks or Xero connector. Kick is the opposite: Kick is the ledger.
